• Order & Transaction Details: Products selected, Cart contents, Order value, Payment preferences (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, or Cash on Delivery). Note: We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as credit card numbers or banking passwords. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant secure gateways.
• Automated & Device Information: IP Address, Device Type, Browser Specification, Operating System, Time Zone, Geographic Region, and pages visited.
• Cookies & Tracking Identifiers: Identifiers placed via session cookies, local browser storage, and tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel) to improve your browsing experience.

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), Google Analytics, and retargeting services. These tools allow us to measure ad conversion effectiveness, optimize advertising campaigns, and show relevant product recommendations to users on Facebook, Instagram, and affiliated Meta ad networks.

These pixels collect events such as PageView, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase. You can manage your ad preferences or opt-out of personalized Meta Ads at any time by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings (facebook.com/adpreferences).

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill order services, warranty claims, and accounting requirements.
