COD orders may require automated SMS/call confirmation prior to dispatch.

Users are strictly prohibited from submitting fictitious orders, attempting unauthorized system access, scraping platform content, uploading malicious code, or misusing customer communication channels. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action under Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flipkart and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or platform downtime. Our total financial liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that specific item.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or related to website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
